Caroline's Family

We flew out to Utah in May for Brian and Kim's wedding. It went very well, minor cake mishaps notwithstanding, and we really enjoyed seeing them sealed together for time and all eternity. They also bought a brand new car (very cool). The big bummer was that we lost our camera when we got back, so we hardly have any pictures.

Timothy is back in Texas, where he'll probably stay while he saves up money for his mission. Nathan moved out and is living on his own, and also bought his own car! Everyone watch out for Beaumont's most eligible bachelor....

Derrick's Family

Aside a few minor plumbing problems, everything seems to be going OK for Derrick's family. The kids are still in school, the parents are still working, and the dogs are still hairy....

Friends

We took advantage of our Utah trip to see lots of old friends and catch up on their news:

Todd and Merrilee just built themselves a house! It's very nice, and quite large (more square feet than OUR house!). Derrick especially envies their garage. Mason's an honest-to-goodness toddler now, walking and talking and the whole nine yards. As a matter of fact, Taylor had a major case of hero worship going on while we were there.

Q and Jess are plowing through life- Q will be graduating pretty quick, so it's time to decide where to move! They're thinking about Colorado, where Jess is from.

Stephanie and Jared moved back into Wymount, and had themselves a very cute little boy named Dallin. He was so tiny!!

Steve T. is also plowing through life in the Happy Valley. He's quite the technical guru now, and we're just wondering where he'll end up after he graduates. DC? SoCal? Who knows....
